Isaiah Rivera of Yonkers was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 27, after Greenwich Police responded to a call for a single-vehicle crash on Bruce Park Drive, said the Greenwich Police.
When police arrived on the scene, they found Rivera still inside the vehicle with the engine running.
Medics arrived on the scene, but Rivera refused treatment.
He was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.
Rivera was released on $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 10, 2019.
